Do you charge for delivery?
UK Mainland delivery is free on all orders.

Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the following UK locations using Royal Mail:
England, Wales, Scotland (including Highlands & Islands), Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

Please note: we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland due to customs requirements.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.

Which delivery service do you use?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

How long does delivery take?
We offer free UK Mainland delivery via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and delivery is estimated to take 4 - 6 working days (Monday to Friday).

Please note this is an untracked economy service.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
At present, we do not offer next-day delivery.

Do you provide order tracking?
Standard orders are sent using an untracked service. Commissioned artwork is sent using a tracked delivery service, and tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the address or retrieve it from our carrier.

Can I cancel my order before it has been dispatched?

Yes - if your order has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to cancel it.

Please note however personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If an order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned once delivered, in line with our Returns Policy.

How long do I have to return my order?
For non-personalised items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.

Will you refund the cost of return postage?
Return postage costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a faulty or incorrect item.

My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. Please let us know your preferred option.

My order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund for the affected item(s), including any applicable outward delivery charges. Please let us know your preference.

I’ve received my order but no longer want it
For unwanted goods that are not personalised, please notify us before returning your order. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition as received. Please include your order number with the return.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Once received, returns are processed within 1–2 working days. Refunds may take 2–5 working days to appear in your account.

We occasionally run promotions and seasonal offers. Email subscribers may receive exclusive discounts as a thank you for their support. You can sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the website.
